Stuffing Cakes

Create an elegant appetizer with Boston Market Fresh Vegetable Stuffing, Roast Turkey and top it with our Cranberry Relish.


Canapé Base
  • 8 ounces Boston Market Fresh Vegetable Stuffing
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 ounce heavy cream
  • 1 ounce pine nuts
  • 1 ounce golden raisins
  • 1 teaspoon chopped thyme
  • 1/2 ounce fresh roasted garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper mix
Turkey Salad
  • 5 ounces boneless Boston Market Roast Turkey
  • 1 ounce spicy brown mustard
  • 4 ounces mayonnaise
  • 1 ounce 1/4″ diced celery
  • 1 ounce chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper mix
    • 2 ounces Boston Market Cranberry Relish
    • 8 cilantro sprigs


        • Mix Boston Market Stuffing with all the ingredients.
        • Let rest in refrigerate for 30 minutes.
        • Evenly portion out 8 portions an roll each portion into a ball.
        • Heat a sauté pan to medium heat and place stuffing balls in pan a press them with a spatula to form a pancake like shape.
        • Pan sear each side until golden brown.
        • Remove and place on a plate to cool at room temperature.
        • Once the canapé base is cool add 1 oz. of turkey salad to each canapé base.
        • Top with cranberry relish and cilantro sprig.
